How does an FFL transfer work in Peru?
When you buy a firearm online, the seller ships it to a licensed FFL dealer in Peru — not to your home. You go to that FFL, fill out ATF Form 4473, pass a NICS background check, and take possession. The dealer logs the transfer in their records.
What does an FFL charge for a transfer?
Transfer fees are set by each dealer and typically run $25–$50 per firearm. Confirm the fee and that the dealer accepts transfers before you buy. FFLs marked “Accepts transfers” on ArmoryMarketplace list their fee up front.
Can I buy a gun online and pick it up in Peru?
